OMG!
DO NOT EVER USE CARE CREDIT unless you want to be forever buried in debt caused by their EXORBANT INTEREST RATE!!! The way they market and apply finance charges should be illegal, if they aren't already! They offer you '0% for the first 12 months' but they don't tell you that it's really deferred interest: if you don't pay off your balance at the end of 12 months, they add back all the interest that they have been deferring at a 23% rate!!! I would have been better charging my medical emergency fees to a high interest credit card! I will never be able to pay off my account seeing how it earned over $1,000 in interest every month. I will help anyone sue this company!!! Plus, just like so many other people have posted, they are RUDE!!! CARE CREDIT RUINED MY LIFE!

Yeah, I love carecredit too. The Emergency Vet near me uses them, and despite my bad credit score, i still got a $900 limit which was enough to cover the expenses. As soon as I got home, I divided the bill by 6, figured out what the carecredit due date was, and set up my bank account to pay them automatically. It was an easy process that saved my rabbit's life.

CareCredit's online payment system DOES NOT WORK. It deletes part of my checking account number every single time after I submit payment. I then get charges every month for Returned Check fee, and a Late Fee. I then call to place a payment with a person every month, and the same issue happens there. I have also mailed in personal checks, and I have the same issue once again. I have checked with my bank every time, and every time they report to me that a charge has never been atttempted, and that they here this complaint quite often from account holders. CareCredit is ripping me off to the amount of $78.00 every month, and poor credit reporting. BEWARE OF CARE CREDIT. They will not even allow us to make a final full payment!!! How can I end this vicious cycle. I am seeking an attorney to help me get rid of these #@$&%!'s

This company is not evil. All of the plans that offer 0% finance (if paid off within the promotional period) are the same. If you don't pay it off the interest is retroactive and it costs a great deal. Like the person before commented, if you pay the bill off it is a happy experience. I used this card for my vet bill and was very pleased!

im reading these complaint to acquaint myself with carecredit, the comment about reading the fine print comes up over and over again, i wonder if those writings are carecredit's employee.

I have used Care credit for cosmetic dental work. I had a year to pay it off and they explained to me how much my monthly payments would be. I paid it off in time and had no problems.

CareCredit saved my life as well with a very large vet bill. If you understand how the program works then you will understand how to take advantage of their services. All you have to do is ask questions and not assume things are face value.

I bet if you paid your bill, or even asked how it worked, you would have been happy with your experience. I used Care Credit twice; once for an expensive, unaffordable Vet bill, another time to straighten my teeth. booth times I paid it off within the time they told me to, which was explained to me by my doctor.
